April 20, 2012 - "Oregon sues BP to recover $19 million in investment losses," The Oregonian

Oregon is seeking to recover almost $19 million from BP on behalf of the Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund and other Oregon trust funds.  The lawsuit was filed by Attorney General Kroger, with the assistance of Stoll Berne and Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll.  To read about this case as reported The Oregonian, click here.

December 2011 - "Leading the Way," Oregon State Bar

The Oregon State Bar interviewed Steve Larson for an article published in the December 2011 edition of the Oregon State Bar Bulletin encouraging Oregon law firms to deposit their IOLTA funds with banks that pay the highest interest rates.  This interest earned supplies direct funding to the Oregon Law Foundation to make grants to legal aid and civil legal services providers in the state.  To read the full article, please click here.
